Key Responsibilities:

Job Objectives:

· To provide proactive, timely, effective and efficient support to the business users in the Enterprise domain.

Job Responsibilities

· Work in the Enterprise domain support team; provide proactive, timely, effective and efficient support to the users in the Enterprise domain space

· Adopt standard Incident Management workflow and processes, i.e. logging incident tickets in a timely manner, following proper Change Management processes, and broadcasting quality issue/impact emails to stakeholders

· Embrace standard Change Control Management practices, procedures and guidelines for application releases and roll-outs

· Participate and collaborate with the Development team in requirements gathering, clarifications, and analyse impact on issues or users’ requirements

· Manage incidents and collaborate with other technology teams as necessary for incident assignment and resolution, identify root cause and corrective actions, and track improvement actions until closure in compliance with the bank standards.

· Review incidents and ensure agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met with various business stakeholders.

One of the Chemical leader, which is a MNC has an opening for a Production Planner to manage their production plan & operations requirements at the Singapore plant. To best utilization of production facilities to enable the right product being available for customers requirement.

1. Search and translate information from across the organization to build a production plan to meet business objective.
2. Prepare requirement plans for plant to ensure the plant is operating in line with company’s planned requirements and availability.
3. Conclude and provide direct coordination/liaison with internal and external suppliers on forecasts requirements needs and PO placements.
4. Handle the import and/or export of products to support the demand plan activities.
5. Understand and knowledge of short term capacity availability and constraints. Work with internal teams to manage order prioritization and balance fulfilment for plants’ inbound materials. In times of constraints, assess overall availability within Asia/global to re-balance supply through liaising with supply planning specialist, supply planning manager, product manager and region logistics.
6. Ensure inventory levels are within target ranges for key materials and key locations. This is to ensure to have adequate material to maintain supply without increasing working capital costs within acceptable level.
7. Take action to changes in plan in a timely manner. Besides to updating material movement requirements, this should also include highlighting likely impact of these changes to the supply planning manager.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Chemical Engineering preferred

• Execute rotable exchanges when required and perform all transaction in SAP
• Production planning and control of WIP engines in the shop (for manhours/cost). Ensure that clocked hours are well within the budget.
• WIP engines costing consolidation and submission for approval
• Coordination of Costing review meetings with internal stakeholders
• Perform costing submission to Customer Support and ensure jobs are DN/TECO in SAP
• Support overseas MRO shop (STATCO) material requirements and responsible to provide packing list for shipments to overseas MRO shop
• Complete continuous improvement projects to improve processes and productivity

Requirements:
• Min. Nitec/Higher Nitec or eqiuvalent in Aerospace, Mechanical or Supply Chain
• 3 years and above of experience in an Aerospace environment with production planning preferred
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must
