As a Workshop Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Plan daily tasks, allocate jobs to technicians/drivers, and ensure timely repairs and deliveries.
• Respond to job inquiries and provide updates to customers on repair status and delivery timelines.
• Track day-to-day operations, ensure proper equipment functionality, and arrange repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date repair logs and ensure smooth documentation.
• Ensure the workshop and store are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Report daily progress, job statuses, and any issues to the workshop supervisor/manager for guidance and priority adjustments.
