Responsibilities

• Stationed in a Production Kitchen to supervise and manage kitchen crew, operations and end products.
• Responsible to design and execute the Western Hot Meal products to propose or requested by OEM customers or own brand.
• Ensure food production cost do not over-run budget and ensure production margin optimisation and efficiency.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and staff hygiene is kept in tip-top condition
• Ensure kitchen supplies, equipment are kept in tip-top operational condition
• Ensure products in stock are inventorised and managed in FIFO order to customers.

Requirements

• Graduated from a recognized culinary school.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in the F&B sector preferably in the restaurant kitchen as Chef in Western Hot Meals.
• Working knowledge of pastry ( puff pastry ) and Western Hot meals is essential.
• Working knowledge of MS OFFICE.
• Flair and working knowledge of Western Hot Meal recipes.
• Ability to keep up and have the passion and knowledge on latest food trend, technology, techniques and apply to production.
• Working Knowledge of Food arrangement and packaging to appear attractive in Facebook, Instagram, Internet is highly preferred.

Job Description:

- Work with Food Production team, liaise with customers (Individual and restaurants) for ordering

- Arrange logistic for order delivery

- Answer cusotmer query and handle complains

- Plan daily/weekly/monthly production plan to ensure orders are all fulfiled

- Prepare duty roster to ensure enough manpower

- Place purchase order based on the production needs

- Month end stock counting

- Ensure safety of workplace

Requirement:

- Holding Diploma and above qualification

- Advanced skill in MS Office

- Experience in F&B industry is an advantage

- Communication and Interpersonal skill

- Must have Food Hygiene Certificate

Responsibilities

• Forecast planning; Plan and schedule production orders according to demands and available resources
• Coordinate with Project leaders, team members and Production Supervisors on work prioritization according to delivery schedule
• Responsible for material and production planning, requisition of materials and maintenance of BOM and design change implementation
• Responsible for order confirmation based on material and capability availability
• Plan, control and coordinate with purchasers on material deliveries to avoid high stock inventory
• Monitor material availability for production continuity
• Periodically reporting;
• Ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ degree holder in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience / relevant industries
• Good team player and able to complete tasks assigned in shortest timeline
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good in Microsoft Office
• Independent and proactive
• SAP/MRP knowledge preferred
• English and Mandarin (in order to coordinate with English and Chinese speaking logistics company for shipment arrangement, shipment status and custom declaration.)

Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot all products/test equipment on the production floor.
• Debug and repair production line rejects.
• Liaise with different departments on resolving various issues.
• Able to work well in a cross functional team.
• Perform Electrical/Electronic analysis and compile report for failure analysis purposes.
• Provide real time feedback on the process related defects.
• Support production on setting up of equipment, jigs and fixtures.
• Any other ad-hoc general activities by superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree with 3 years’ relevant experience for Engineer level.
• Familiar with test system, debug and repair in PCBA.
• Good Knowledge in Analog and Digital Circuits.
• Effective communicator and team player who can work well in cross functional teams.
• Two shifts will be offered, Morning Shift 8:20am to 5:50pm (Monday to Friday) / Night Shift 5:50pm to 5:50am (Monday to Thursday).

Responsibilities:

• To plan inventory target that are approved by management at warehouses to meet sales requirements.
• To manage inventory levels and responsible for stock replenishment (including raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods) to the planned target levels.
• To collaborate with manufacturing on global replenishment of inventory and work with them to improve supply processes relating to lead times, flexibility rules and delivery.
• To make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.
• To plan, schedule, monitor and control factory production to ensure on-time production and delivery
• To monitor production schedule and performance daily and modify plans as necessary to make the most efficient utilization of machinery, manpower and material resources.
• To monitor production status and analyze inventory trend to fulfill customers’ orders.
• To work closely with customer service staff, to monitor and communicate schedules, schedule changes and make necessary re-schedule requested by customer.
• To liaise and provide close support to Customer Service Department to assist with order planning, processing and delivery schedule.

Requirements:
