JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for the uptime, maintenance, and troubleshooting of water pumps and treatment systems, HVAC, and Control and Monitoring Systems.
• Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in the data center facilities systems and equipment. Provide tracking and trending operational characteristics.
• Support startup, commissioning, and integration of new equipment and systems into facilities infrastructure. Direct the execution of starting-up, commissioning, documentation, and full facilities turnover on assigned projects.
• Provide operational and maintenance insights into the design review process.
• Produce standards and templates for global control/monitoring system analysis, diagnostic, preventive maintenance, and trend logs for data center critical facilities systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining mission critical facilities (data centers, hospitals, pharma, refineries, power plants, industrial, etc.).
• Commissioning experience of HVAC and mechanical distribution systems (chillers, air handling units, etc.) to include air and water side systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with operations in a data center and troubleshooting for mechanical/HVAC systems.
• Ability to learn quickly and address issues as they arise during normal operations or during emergency conditions.
• Perform maintenance on mechanical or MEP systems, and capable of independently resolving common system failures.
• Ability to work non-standard 12 hour shifts including weekends and holidays on-call rotation.
• Ability to work with varying outdoor temperature conditions, perform material handling (lifting/shifting) and work on platforms, ladders, and under raised floors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Asst. Manager in supervision of divisional Human Resource and Administration activities.
• Audits all Admin HR reports submitted by divisional HR & Admin Departments.
• Audits Expense reports submitted by various departments to ensure compliance with Company policies.
• Organizes and maintains files, correspondence, records, etc. Follows up on pending matters.
• Expedites flow of work and initiates follow-up action.
• Assists in the training of the Office Support Equipment and in the development and evaluation of same.
• Schedules appointments and makes arrangements for meetings and conferences.
• Makes travel arrangements and hotel bookings for employees.
• Plans lunches, dinners and coordinates meetings for corporate officers and directors.
• Assists company in administrative matters to assure meeting profit, customer, and quality objectives.
• Maintains all patent files and processes billing from patent attorney if necessary.
• Tracks unused airline tickets, rental car coupons and company frequent flyer miles.
• Tracks spare cell phones and equipment and provides bill back information to accounting.
• Troubleshoots complaints.
• Updates company organization chart prior to promotion or any employee reshuffling request.
• Maintains Board of Directors documents.
• Produces a variety of correspondence and reports as requested using appropriate office equipment and word processing, graphics and spreadsheet software.
• Interviews vendors for hotel rates, car rentals, vending services, confidential shred services, caterers and janitorial service.
• Assists with various departments and divisions on any upcoming trainings or assigned projects upon request.
• Reviews visa process submitted by divisional HR & Admin Departments and ensures up to date on any requests or requirements.
• Reviews and arranges annual health screening for employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
