A Production Technician must operate plant process and utility systems effectively and safety. It is expected that procedures will be followed at all times and that O&M Contractor and local regulatory compliance met in all aspects of work.

The Production Technician will facilitate routine maintenance by isolations and reinstatement, liaising with CRO.

The Production Technician is authorized to operate the process and utility systems safely and efficiently and help to prepare such plant for maintenance.

A) Processes

· Start up, Operate, Monitor and Shut Down Process and Utility systems.

· Monitor, maintain and optimize process parameters (Level, flow, temperature, pressure etc) within operating requirements.

· Ensure sampling is carried out and sample results are acted upon.

· Trouble shoot to maximize sales quality and delivery volume to identify problems.

· Maintain discharge water quality within current O&M Contractor or local guidelines.

· Monitor and operate electrical/hydraulic control panels, safety and emergency shutdown devices, Fire and Gas Systems.

· Ensure accurate and timely production reporting and logging is submitted daily or as required by company.

· Witness third party calibrations when appropriate to provide verification of meter factors and volumes.

· Prove export oil meters.

B) Marine/Safety

· Work to O&M Contractor Management System policies and procedures in particular Isolation Standards, and PTW.

· Carry out all operations in safe and environmentally sound manner.

· Report all discharges, leaks, spills, injuries, and incidents, immediately.

· Ensure vendor and subcontract personnel within responsibility understand and comply with current environmental regulations.

· Carry out Emergency Response role

C) Maintenance

· Facilitate maintenance operations by applying/removing isolations as required.

· Operation under PTW system, Toolbox Talk and Risk Assessments.

The Manufacturing Technician will work closely with the manufacturing team and the CENTAURI software and hardware engineering teams to ensure that quality and throughput are maintained in device production and that quality and production metrics are captured and analysed. The Manufacturing team is led by Max, Transcelestial’s Head of Hardware Engineering. This position reports to Max and will be responsible for providing support to meet production output targets and continuous smooth running of manufacturing operations.

As an experienced Manufacturing Technician, you will:

• Actively participate in the hands-on assembly of Transcelestial Centauri, our ground-breaking laser communications solution.
• Support the setup, testing and upgrades of jigs and other tools and workstations used in the manufacturing process.
• Improve overall manufacturing processes and schedules
• Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on the manufacturing line
• Ensure the production yield and targets are achieved

1. Stock Receiving

a. Able to handle simple function for weighing machine

b. Prepare stock receiving and issuing materials, tools and equipment

c. Able to receive, inspect and record incoming stock

d. Monitor incoming stock quality and discrepancies related to receiving

e. Ensure proper labelling and tagging of incoming stock

2. Stock Issuing

a. Able to organize and issue incoming stock in designated areas.

e. Monitor and maintain security in ensuring stocks are sealed and

Responsibilities:

• Work in the Enterprise domain support team; provide proactive, timely, effective and efficient support to the users in the Enterprise domain space
• Adopt standard Incident Management workflow and processes, i.e. logging incident tickets in a timely manner, following proper Change Management processes, and broadcasting quality issue/impact emails to stakeholders
• Embrace standard Change Control Management practices, procedures and guidelines for application releases and roll-outs
• Participate and collaborate with the Development team in requirements gathering, clarifications, and analyse impact on issues or users’ requirements
• Assist the Development team as needed by validating fixes or enhancements to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
• Participate in annual DR/BCM activities or infrastructure-related upgrades

1. Kitchen

Topping Section

· Process topping for respective bread and danish types according to SOP

· Euro bun toppings (in applicable outlets)

· Prepare ingredients and fillings for all bun type products

· Learn all products and know what are the ingredients in each product

· Perform Dispensing duty to bring out freshly baked products in organized manner

Table Section:

· Be equipped with knowledge on using the right and required ingredients per product

· Ensure right ingredients are used per product, at the correct weight per ingredient

· Perform Sweet bun, Danish, Euro, Toast shaping

· Perform filling for sweet breads according to product

Oven Section:

· Ensure right temperature and time setting per product being baked

· Be equipped with the right and proper knowledge for each product before baking

· Responsible to ensure all bread types (sweet bread, Danish, Euro, Toast) be baked according to standard

2. General:

· Ensure clean, tidy and hygienic station and overall kitchen environment

· Able to setup and perform various roles, performing quality control and reject inferior products
