Responsibilities

• Lead audit readiness program and maintains regulatory requirements for Facilities and Engineering department
• Interface regularly with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and other departments to facilitate decisions pertaining to quality system deliverables
• Responsible for specifying and coordinating training, development, and compliance for Engineering Compliance personnel
• Work closely with Quality and Regulatory groups for the Facilities and Engineering departments to address potential compliance issues
• Provide primary support for all regulatory and partner audits and inspections
• Develop, track, and maintain Facilities and Engineering department metrics for presentation to site leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of quality and compliance experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
• Demonstrated proficiency and knowledge of CGMPs, industry validation practices, and change control practices
• Demonstrated ability to effectively write technical documents, including test plans, protocols, and reports

Overview: -

Your Responsibilities: -

• Develop, document, and support the creation of high-precision plastic injection molds and components for manufacturing.
• Assist the Program team during the initial project quotation phase by providing accurate tooling and product DFM (Design for Manufacturability) that aligns with quality standards.
• Engage with customers for DFM and mold concept reviews to ensure their technical requirements and concerns are properly addressed.
• Support the Tooling Department by conducting internal tooling design and DFM reviews prior to tool launch.

You will need: -

• Previous experience or knowledge in Precision Tooling Design/Fabrication, Micro Plastic Injection Molding, or Manufacturing Process Engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Siemens UG NX or PTC Creo 4.0 and above.

Duties of Quantity Surveyor :

• Cost Evaluation: Conduct technical evaluations, prepare Bills of Quantity (BOQ), and perform cost analysis for projects.
• Supplier & Subcontractor Management: Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors according to project requirements.
• Drawing Review: Review architectural and electrical drawings; prepare and revise designs using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Electrical Load Calculation: Calculate maximum electrical demand, including lighting, power consumption, and energy requirements.
• Design & Drafting: Design and draft electrical service layouts such as lighting, power, cableways, and create related diagrams.
• As-Built Drawings: Prepare and update As-Built drawings for completed projects.
• Site Coordination: Coordinate site visits with subcontractors and the operations team.
• Quality Control: Ensure quality control of electrical installations according to design drawings on-site.
