Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of work experience in assembly factory

• Practical experience in Kaizen activity

• High communication ability for internal team and customer

• Good in spoken and written English

• Business attitude to provide reports, to keep the lines of communication open, and to ask for guidance or advice.

• Leadership skills

• Proficient in Microsoft office and IT

• Knowledge of Toyota production system will be an added advantage.

• Electrical knowledge of control panel / programmable logical controller

• If found suitable, the candidate may be eligible for supervisory roles

The purpose of this job is to be in charge of multiple production processes and ensure full compliance towards ceEntek’s HSE, SOPs and sustainability goals.

The role entails a variety of responsibilities, such as:

· Setup, monitor and maintain equipment used in the production process of the Company.

· Work with raw materials used in the production.

· Effectively diagnose and treat machinery, support operating process at maximum efficiency.

· Reporting, complete productivity logs.

· Perform physical labor, including at heights, to support the production process.

· Participate in strategic production planning.

· Understand and work with basic engineering drawings, drawing tools.

· Act as a safety ambassador and execute production target plans.

· Actively participate in production process upgrade.

The job requires:

· Basic experience in warehouse, manufacturing, other industrial background.

· Experience in ISO internal auditing.

· Machinist lathe/milling.

· Process planning skills.

· Computer literacy.

· Patience and diligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Material planning based on production requirement
• Plan and manage inventory at the optimal level
• Analyse sales plan to determine and plan future production
• Monitor production schedule to meet on-time delivery
• Work with the testing team and arrange production staff to work according to the production schedule
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing/Production/Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 1 year in the manufacturing industry
• Able to communicate and work closely with internal customers,Sales team purchasing team and sub-contractors

Production Supervisor (internal title: Workshop Ops Supervisor) is responsible for planning , coordinating and organising work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing of products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications in manufacturing facility. Ensure that all customer orders meet requirements, delivery dates as well as quality and cost specifications. Enforce procedures and requirements in accordance with the Corporate policies while ensuring the safety and performance of all employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Controlling Production and Process control to the applicable standards for overall manufacturing process as per Corporate Standards.
• Capacity and resource planning to meet daily, weekly and monthly production schedule.
• Establish method of manufacturing and determine tooling and fixturing required to produce quality parts efficiently.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences and schedules to meet production goals.
• Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations coordinating process requirements with different functions.
• Evaluate productivity and review standard for recommended action.
• Implement lean tools and TPM on the shop floor.
• Identify training needs for operators and ensure training of personnels on production line, with respect to job, & safety.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and the company policies and procedures for Operators
• Direct and coordinate the activities of subordinates engaged in the production.
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists worker in solving work problems.
• Initiate or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Suggests changes in working condition and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department or work crew.
• Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances.
• Monitor, assess and take necessary actions to keep performance of team members as per expectated parameters.
• Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job

Job Requirement:

• Comfortable working at Penjuru Pl, Jurong East area.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in team handling.
• Ability to effectively work with employees and supervisors.
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Should be able to work and interact with all level of personnel.
• Capable to perform basic math operations and trigonometry.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions

PREFERRED

• Prior experience of working with oil & gas industry manufacturing
• Prior experience of working with complex mechanical assembly involving machined components.
• Lean Manufacturing Knowledge

Job Description:

• Plan and forecast production schedule for manufactured product.
• Prepare schedule base on lead time of each project to meet shipping dates accordingly customer orders.
• Create and prepare work orders for all in-house and farm out jobs
• Prepare status report for production progress and work in process
• Interface with production supervisor, customer service and purchasing department on material status and production planning issues.
• Submit weekly reports to customer service department to reflect current project status and any potential delay.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
• Min 2 years of working experiences in Manufacturing industry
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
• Positive and good communication skills

• Manage daily production process, quality and quantity.
