• Perform inspection for in-process and outgoing sub-parts and products
• Review with Engineering/ Production and issue non-conforming material report when non-conformance found
• Perform 8D/ CPAR review on customer returns and work with production
• Compile outgoing inspection checklist
• Create QC plan and checklist
• Assist the QA Manager on internal quality activities
• Liaise with internal production on internal process issues
• Provide findings and process improvement

job requirement

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Quality / Chemical Engineering /Business Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management/manufacturing environment
• Able to travel to overseas for work assignment (about 30%-40%)
• Willing to be hands on to go to supplier site for audit etc (rubber plantation)
