1. Assist HOD in day to day coordination on Production activities.

2. Work with Planner on Production WO and Machines loading.

3. Schedule Production machines loading.

4. Preparation material for daily production machines (MRF and AMR).

5. Co-ordinate the OS parts. If any.

6. Liaise between Production and Planner to ensure smooth production completing WO.

7. Monitor, Control and manage of Production WO progress.

8. Follow-up and Assist on production day to day shipments.

9. Assignments:

a. Production daily output and yield lost data entry

b. E application (Leave apply & E TMS)

Requirements:

1. Education requires O or A Level.

2. PC knowledge.

3. Have exposure to Plastic Molding Production environments.

4. Good communication and relationship skill.

5. Able to work independently.

6. Ever working as manufacturing production planner or scheduler.

7. Working hours Mon to Fri 08.15 am - 05.45 pm.

· Reporting to Operations Manager and assist in all general admin needs within operations

· Data entry to software and MS office applications; Generate report of balance & sales

· Keeping track of incoming and outgoing inventory/ stock

· Keep track of purchase and quotation

· Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents - numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by operations function

· Manage the processes around documentation within operations function and aligning to overall organization’s document control structure

· Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation

· Prepare ad-hoc reports when required

· Keep daily logs of visitors generated from the visitor management software (VMS)

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in any field, with relevant experience of no less than 5 years in operations administrative support function in a Manufacturing or Production environment

· Proficient in MS office especially MS Excel (advanced, pivot tables) and outlook.

· Familiar or worked in companies with international quality standards certifications (eg. ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO4500) would be an advantage

· Attention to details, sensitivity to numbers given the nature of role, organized

· Good communication skills (written & verbal), with pleasant disposition and ability to multi-task

· Office: Boon Lay/Pioneer | Mon – Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
