Job Description

• Provide L1 and L2 technical support for up to 200 users, ensuring timely communication regarding progress, issues, and improvements.
• Resolve computer software and hardware problems in accordance with Group IT policies and standards, emphasizing root cause analysis and knowledge sharing to prevent rework.
• Maintain and support network and regional systems for process automation and local databases, addressing needs such as safety incident registration and compliance.
• Drive improvement of IT systems and processes, contributing creative and innovative ideas to site management.
• Lead on-site end-to-end projects within the region, ranging from infrastructure upgrades to core service changes, with varying complexity and duration.
