Duties of Logistics Coordinator:

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Update and maintain material movement records in the system and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse and internal departments to align on requirements and priorities.
• Perform timely transactions in the SAP system and archive all related documents.
• Manage the purchase of indirect materials and generate weekly/monthly stock count sheets.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, arrange local deliveries, and handle RMA documentation.
• Maintain departmental safety and cleanliness standards.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our chocolate manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure efficient and timely production of chocolate products.
• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Team Management: Train, mentor, and manage production staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reordering.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a food manufacturing environment, preferably in chocolate or confectionery production.

Responsibilities:

Conduct forecasting and planning of materials to ensure smooth production process
Schedule and plan production activities based on job orders
Monitor the lead time of producing the finished product
Update and check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order
Ensure production schedule meet the delivery date
Liaise with suppliers for powder coating
Troubleshoot discrepancies and quality issues
