Key Task or Responsibilities:

The Production Engineer (HSE) is responsible for Daily Operations and Projects Safety, the Lead to

reviewed, improvement and compliance to all Safety regulations and requirement. Manage the

Operations Risk Assessment and ensure occupational Safety.

• Lead daily operation as an HSE Production Engineer to ensure Safety in both daily operation and

construction projects at site.

• Lead HSE aspect of operation in risk assessment, Hazop study for new modification projects,

changes to operating procedures, site construction activities.

• Review and make list of high-risk activities in the process operation based on Hazop study, have

regular meeting with production manager and make plan to improve safety level in such areas

of operation.

• Coordinate closely with day production & logistics members for HSE aspect of process operation

and ensure safe work procedures are followed.

• Study and review all the safety observation feedback and prioritize based on level of risk to

follow up through MOC process. Ensure improvement items are followed by keeping records

and timeline.

• Work together with project engineers, production members and maintenance coordinator to

ensure safety related projects are followed and implemented in a timely manner.

• Review the emergency and disaster prevention procedures to ensure procedures stay relevant

to current operation and up to date.

• Lead and enhance any other HSE related improvement projects/activities.

• To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors.

• Deep knowledge of Safety legislation and regulations in the chemical industry

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, health, safety, or environmental field of study

• Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.

We are seeking an Application Production Support professional to manage support activities for Olympic (Core Banking) and related systems. The role involves handling incidents, service requests, end-user queries, and maintaining system reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 application support to end-users.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to appropriate teams following established procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build trust and positive relationships with users.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and roadmap targets.
• Maintain and update knowledge articles.
• Support disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BCP) exercises, and patching cycles.

Ideal candidate:

• Basic troubleshooting skills on AS400 and Unix.
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries and data analysis.
• Familiarity with production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse group of stakeholders.

• 7+ years of experience in IT production L1/L2 support within the banking industry.
• Knowledge and experience with banking products such as investment instruments, corporate actions, loans, deposits, remittances, and foreign exchange.
• Experience with Olympic banking system is a strong advantage.

• Experience in application support role for min 5 years for support and good knowledge of Java, Unix/Linux, SQL
• Recent experience in working with Java J2EE applications

• Good Knowledge system/application log analysis

• Ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.

Verbal and written communication skills are vital.
