The Plant Biotechnologist carries out research projects and protocols as determined by the Principal Investigator, following procedures exactly as outlined, ensuring the consistency of research practices and, ultimately, helping ensure the consistency and integrity of project outcomes. Your Responsibilities

· Ensures Master Production Records (MPRs), Production Summaries (PS), and Master Cleaning Records (MCR) are drafted in such a manner that clearly describes the process and captures all data required in Sterling’s format and a cGMP compliant manner based on a detailed Technical Package from the Development Team or other acceptable written procedure.

· Coordinates and facilitates document Group Review meetings and tracks all documentation routing through appropriate reviewers to ensure timely flow through all required departments and publish monthly performance metrics.

· Works with multiple Project Managers and teams to establish priorities.

· Works closely with Project Managers, Technical Managers, CR&D, AR&D, QC, QA, Production and Manufacturing to ensure smooth initiation of cGMP Projects.

· Participates in client communications, such as site visits and teleconferences as necessary.

· Provides written and verbal updates to Project Managers or other department heads as necessary.

· Ensures timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements.

Requirements

Essential Functions

· The Quality Assurance Specialist is an adept technical writer/editor and the use of desktop Office applications.

· The QA Specialist must become familiar with site databases and proficient in the retrieval and presentation of information.

· The QA Specialist will trend this information using the graphical features of Microsoft Excel and display these in Microsoft Word reports. A major example is the Annual Product Review (APR).

· In addition the QA Specialist will lead in Change Control decisions and work with other departments to identify and solve issues that impact the product validation or the regulatory state.

· The QA Validation Specialist not only works with all site departments but supports Corporate Regulatory and R&D needs as well.

· The QA Specialist will support Regulatory Affairs with technical writing as pertaining to equipment and processes for product submissions and Request for Information (RFI).

· The QA Specialist will provide project support for the New Product launches and utilize Microsoft Project to organize site deliverables.

· Additional responsibilities may include assisting with validation activities associated with equipment and/or processes.

· The job may require travel to vendor sites to complete Factory Acceptance Testing in order to accept equipment for the site. Expect travel of less than 10%.

General Overview

The incumbent shall demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform safe and reliable gas supply and jetty operations at the LNG Terminal as a reasonable and prudent operator.

The incumbent shall have in depth knowledge and experience of, and able to demonstrate effective application of, HSSE regulations and best industry practices. The incumbent shall have strong technical knowledge and experience on process and DCS including, but not limited to, process hydraulics, thermodynamics, field troubleshooting, logics, safety bypass.

The incumbent shall also possess functional and behavioral competencies with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a team and collaborate with multi-functional, multi-discipline stakeholders; i.e. HSSE team, marine team, maintenance team, subject-matter experts (engineers), commercial team, LNG vessel, authorities.

Roles and Responsibilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:

• Conduct daily production toolbox meeting, review shift activities, prioritize and assign resource to deliver effective and efficient work execution
• Review and issue permit to work; i.e. confined space entry, working at height, hot work, lifting, radiation, diligently to ensure work to be performed is safe and compliant to HSSE requirement and safe work procedures
• Perform terminal operations; i.e. deliver gas supply according to nomination, LNG unloading/reloading jetty operations, operating of equipment, unloading/receiving of chemicals, equipment switching/testing, according to standard operating procedures to ensure no impact to safety and gas supply reliability
• Perform inspection and monitoring of equipment and process systems to ensure parameters are within operating range. Respond to alarms and abnormal condition promptly and take necessary corrective action. Evaluate faults and raise work orders promptly for maintenance work
• Prepare equipment and process systems; i.e. clearing process and purging, de-energizing, lock out and tag out, for safe handover for maintenance work according to safe work procedure requirements
• Perform troubleshooting and taking the lead to respond to abnormal operating scenarios, incidents or emergencies effectively according to response plans and industry protocols.
• Perform basic maintenance i.e., strainer cleaning, flange make up, gas cylinder replacement
• Compile, review and submit logs, Shift Report, Operations Abnormality Report, Incident Report, Control of Safety Device Bypass
• Develop and review standard operating procedures to ensure effective and efficient work execution with no impact to safety and gas supply reliability
• Develop and review risk assessments comprehensively to ensure adequate and effective risk mitigation are applied for safe work execution
• Perform incident investigation and root cause analysis effectively as required
• Participate in internal/external audits as required
• Manage and accountable for team members’ operations discipline, performance and development by conducting training, coaching, and performance review
• Undertake project related role when assigned; rotation between shift and day work
• The incumbent shall be part of the company’s Emergency Response Team (CERT) and shall assume the responsibilities of liaison with local authorities and government agencies during emergencies. He/she shall manage emergency response based on established procedures and plans and perform any assigned roles and responsibilities such as but not limited to:

1. Respond to terminal emergency situations as Site Incident Commander (SIC)
2. Participate in prevention and combat of hazardous situations such as loss of primary containment, oil spills and other forms of pollution and situations dangerous to life and property.
3. Perform routine safety check on all safety equipment such as safety showers, eye wash, SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus), firefighting equipment etc. to ensure readiness and availability as required

Work Experience

• Minimum 15 years' experience in process operations function.
• Minimum 7 years' supervisory/managing experience
• LNG experience or familiarity with cryogenic process in the ethylene, ammonia, air separation or natural gas processing industries will be advantageous
• Jetty operations experience an advantage

Education

• NITEC/NTC in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Process Technology or equivalent preferred
• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Process Technology will be advantageous

About the Client:

Our client is a reputed company in banking and financial domain.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day issues including daily health checks of applications and processes, working closely with various stakeholders (Users, Development team, Vendor, Infrastructure team, Operation team and Incident and Management team, etc) to prioritize and resolve reported production incidents
• Act as the focal point for critical/high impact incident resolution for application systems that are in production
• Manage and support high-availability 24/7 production systems with an on call option during non-office hours with team member’s rotation on weekly basis. Require to be in onsite depends on issue criticality.
• Ensure end of day batch process is getting completed successfully for multiple applications across country on every day.
• Own production operational issues by issuing initial response, data gathering, tracking, and resolution where possible as well as determining escalation protocol based on the nature of the issue
• Investigate production issues and provide workaround to user to move business forward. And engage analysis to L3/Vendor team for further investigation
• Monitor production activities/processes to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems to internal and external clients, technical resources, and executives
• Perform Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise for multiple applications across all country on every year. Generate one time report as per user request/audit request
• Run problem governance call with business user , Dev and Vendor to prioritize problem tickets and ensure to review before problem ticket get resolved

Requirement:

• Min 4 years of hands-on experience in, Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Oracle, Micro Service, UNIX, CTRL+M technology related supported applications.
• Hands-on experience in IT Operations/Production support L2/L3.
• Experience in ITIL process and tools like Splunk, Control-M is a plus.
• Strong analytical & trouble shooting skills required.
• Experience in Disaster Recovery planning and test execution.
• Exhibits problem solving skills and shows flexibility in supporting evolution in process, standards, and strategy.
• Experience working in financial services industry supporting mission critical applications is a big plus.
