Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Production Operator to join our beverage manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes, and adhering to quality standards. You will work closely with team members to ensure timely production and the highest level of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Perform regular quality checks on finished products to meet company standards.
• Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance.
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.
• Work in compliance with all safety regulations and production schedules.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in food and beverage.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, if required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead line leaders and operators to achieve daily production targets, quality, productivity, and yield.
• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and escalate any line issues.
• Manage manpower, overtime, and consumables planning.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing and safety procedures.
• Train and coach leaders and operators to enhance performance.
• Implement improvements to minimize human errors.
• Maintain discipline and good housekeeping in the production line.
• Collaborate with departments on projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance in the fab.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related industry.
• Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (permanent day or night, as assigned).
