Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years. Your internship would revolve around bringing our robot to market. You may be remunerated with a combination of salary and share options. This internship requires a candidate to have both an engineering background and a reasonable business acumen. Great communications skills are required as we work with many external contract manufacturers.

1. Pushing our product to pilot production (design for manufacturing, design for reliability, design for user-friendliness)
2. Connecting manufacturers and our R&D team to build and iterate on our prototype, creating new avenues for manufacturing at scale, manufacturing for reliability
3. Sourcing for and testing appropriate equipment and materials for R&D
4. Visiting industry trial sites, giving appropriate feedback to product development team
5. Speaking to industry players, ground workers, understanding the process of tile grouting to help us shape our solution, especially from an operational point of view
6. Hiring, recruitment, and outreach
7. Any other operational duties

Our development process is very iterative and agile. Thus, there would not be a concrete plan more than 2 weeks ahead and your role/tasks is/are likely to evolve over time. Responsibilities:

1. To assist Production Manager on production planning and implementation

2. To take charge of the essential oil production section to meet production targets

3. To upkeep production equipment with regular maintenance plan

4. To liaise with Shipping Department on local & overseas delivery arrangements

5. To maintain ISO 9001’s QMS, SOPs, and related documents

6. To conduct Internal Quality Audit, and liaise with external ISO auditors

7. Any other administrative duties as assigned by Production Manager

Requirements:

1. Diploma/ITE/O level

2. Minimum 1~2 year experience

3. Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills and matured personality

4. Meticulous and ability to work independently

5. Good PC knowledge and proficient in the use of Words, Excel, and Powerpoint

6. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associate

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair vacuum and mechanical products.
• Handle full pump servicing, including installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
• Provide onsite technical advice to customers.
• Manage projects and meet tight deadlines when required.
• Perform installation and commissioning tasks.
• Offer frontline support for field service activities, including fault finding, repairs, and scheduled maintenance as needed.
• Use SAP to log service information, create field service notifications, and track orders to completion.
• Provide clear, accurate reports to team leaders or technical support to support decision-making for resolving product issues.
