• Oversees the allocation of workforce and packaging materials to achieve timely delivery to customers.
• Supervises production planning activities to efficiently utilize resources and fulfill customer orders.
• Collaborates with heads of other departments to achieve the company's shared objectives.
• Maintains precise control of inventory on the production shop floor.
• Upholds safety standards and ensures proper cleanliness in the production shop floor.
• Champions ongoing improvements in processes related to production and packaging.
• Ensures adherence to ISO procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and all regulatory requirements.
• Undertakes any additional responsibilities as delegated by superiors or management.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing setting
• Minimum Diploma

Key Job responsibilities

- Performs machine & process setup

- Perform Troubleshooting and maintenance of wire bonder and die attach machines

- Maintain a good machine Uptime

- Ensure the quality product is manufactured on schedule within the customer’s requirement

- Work with Cross functional Departments to resolve safety, quality and productivity related issue and improvement.

- Manage the logistic for parts so as to sustain production line.

- Support any ad-hoc duties.

Required Experience :

- Processed basic technical knowledge in machine repair and troubleshooting.

- Minimum 2 year experience in mass production / engineering environment

- Preferably with 2 year hand on experience in repair and troubleshooting of following machines :

Esec Die Attach/wire bonder

ASM Die Attach/wire bonder

DISCO Wafer Saw

Qualification

- Diploma / Nitec/ ITE in mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering

Job Scope:

• Manages manpower & packaging material resources to meet customer on time delivery
• Manages production planning activities to optimize resources in meeting customer order fulfillment
• Coordinate with other departmental heads in meeting common Company’s objectives
• Ensure accurate inventory control in the production shop floor
• Ensure safe & proper housekeeping in the production shop floor
• Drive continuous improvement in the production packaging related processes
• Ensure compliance to ISO procedures, GMP and all other regulatory requirements
• Undertakes to carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior / management

Requirement

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Production Management or equivalent
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage
