Job Description

• Trade Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales within retail channels.
  Collaborate with sales teams to design promotional activities tailored to different retail environments.
  Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust trade marketing plans accordingly.
• Retail Marketing: Execute retail marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and product placement.
  Manage relationships with retailers to ensure brand consistency and optimal shelf positioning.
  Coordinate with category managers to optimize product assortment and inventory levels.
• Brand Management: Oversee the execution of brand campaigns at the retail level to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  Monitor brand performance in retail settings and adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
  Ensure consistent brand messaging across all trade marketing activities.

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma/ Degree in Business or related studies
• Good knowledge in Digital marketing and social media will be an additional PLUS
• Minimum 1 years working experience in Food manufacturing/ retail marketing/ FMCG trading experience

• Handle the production planning, ingredients & packaging control and supply chain.
• Hands on in the daily operations at the manufacturing plant.
• Implement and maintain good manufacturing standards to achieve higher efficiency, productivity and quality.
• Create realistic workflows for plant operations to run smoothly.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 3 years of production planning and managing production operations experience in a food manufacturing industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with good planning, organization and project management skills.
• Familiar with local regulation (SFA, NEA) and F&B certifications (BRC/FSSC22000).
