Your quick thinking, empathy, and communication skills will shine as you receive emergency calls, assess situations, dispatch ambulances, and guide callers through life-saving procedures. This fast-paced role requires a level head, a compassionate heart, and the ability to make split-second decisions that can mean the difference between life and death.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Receive and manage incoming emergency calls with professionalism and composure.
· Gather critical information from callers and assess the severity of the situation.
· Provide calm and clear instructions to callers
· Perform telephone triaging to ensure accurate dispatch and swift response.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of each call, ensuring that all necessary information is documented.
· Monitor ongoing incidents and provide updates to responders as needed.
· Participate in training sessions to stay updated on medical protocols, emergency procedures, and communication techniques.
Able to work rotating shifts
Day 1: 8.00am – 8.15pm
Day 2: 8.00pm to 8.15am
Day 3 and Day 4: OFF
Working Location: UBI / JALAN BAHAR, SINGAPORE
Training will be provided: Around Sept/Oct
