The job description:

Engineer to service/support all automation equipment designed and developed to manufacture/fulfill Princess products/orders. The support includes but not limited to machine/equipment commissioning, maintenance, installation, yield improvement, trouble shooting.

Responsibilities:

1. Service Engineer is responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance and trouble shooting. Improve machine/equipment reliability reduce unscheduled downtime.

2. Ready to be hands-on to bring up machines.

3. Knowledge of PLC, Sensor, motors and IO modules.

4. Knowledge of real time PC base control system.

5. Communicate with Design Team to analyze failure to avoid repeatable unscheduled downtime.

6. Supply technical information, hardware and software requirement to enhance/upgrade equipment performance i.e. Yield, UPH etc

7. Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations improve products design and reliability.

Qualifications:
