• Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the staff.
• Communicate regularly with all production and maintenance teams, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning production and maintenance issues.
• Assist in the hiring of production personnel.
• Maintain and update operating manuals for all the manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Maintain and update operating training manuals for all manufacturing processes.
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects or tasks to be assigned by the HOD / Management from time to time.

Job Description

• Operate the Crawler crane for lifting activities within construction job sites.
• Responsible for safe loading & unloading work.
• Responsible for assigned lorry’s cleanliness and upkeep/maintenance.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of driving experience as a Crawler Crane driver.
• Possess Class 3 licence and clean driving record.
• Possess valid crane operator license from MOM.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Willing to work overtime.
