This is a sole contributor role as the person in charge of all HR-related operations for a workforce of 40 employees spread across both corporate office and production facilities, as well as higher level HR decision-making to improve business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local regulations
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages are offered to attract and retain top talent
• Design and administer employee benefits programs to increase retention and reduce attrition
• Partner with department heads to identify training and development needs, and create career development plans for employees
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee feedback mechanisms
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with local employment laws
• Handle payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

Job Requirements:

• At least 5-8 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR and a strategic capacity
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Singapore
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Prior experience in designing and administering employee benefits programs
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

• Lead the print team and oversee development of work for consumer/corporate client campaigns and projects
• Conceptualising and proposing innovative print ideas (ATL/BTL)
• Oversee the day-to-day work of the design team and provide art direction guidance
• Experience work on several projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or equivalent from an accredited art/design school or university
• Min. of 3 years professional experience as an Art Director in print and design creative
• Proficient in all the Graphic Design software – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Freehand is preferably.
• Sound knowledge in print production process preferred
