The Responsibles of Production Manager will include:

• Oversees allocation of human resources and packaging materials to achieve timely customer deliveries.
• Directs production planning to efficiently utilize resources for customer order fulfillment.
• Collaborates with other department heads to achieve common company objectives.
• Maintains precise inventory control on the production shop floor.
• Ensures safety and proper housekeeping practices in the production shop floor.
• Champions ongoing enhancements in production packaging processes.
• Ensures adherence to ISO procedures, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Undertakes any additional responsibilities assigned by superiors or management.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing setting
• Minimum Diploma
