As the Marketing Manager for our retirement solution, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that positions our products as a trusted, accessible tool for future retirees.
You’ll work closely with product development, sales, customer segment and customer experience teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with key audiences, including those nearing retirement, young professionals with long-term goals, and others looking for security in retirement planning.
Job Description:
Strategy Development and Insights:
- Develop a compelling retirement product story and comprehensive go-to-market strategy focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and growth of share of wallet.
- Collaborate with Insights team to conduct market research to understand target customer needs, pain points, and trends in retirement planning.
- Define and refine audience segments based on demographics, psychographics, and financial goals.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Design multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, content marketing, partnerships) to build awareness, drive interest and purchase.
- Lead the creation of marketing collaterals and sales tools including but not limited to videos, brochure, pitch decks, campaing materials, tailored to audience needs and concerns.
- Optimise campaign strategies to improve performance based on key metrics, such as customer acquisition cost, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
- Drive customer education and advocacy by collaborating with content team to developing educational content to help differentiate our retirement solution in the market.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage a wide group of stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and delivery across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate within customer teams (Brand, Segments, Digital, CX, and Events) and cross-functional teams such as product development, corporate affairs, training, and sales to ensure smooth launch with end-to-end accountability of commercial delivery of product launches.
- Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders including vendors, creative and media agencies for all aspects of campaigns.
Performance Analysis & Optimisation:
- Obsessively uses data and insights to continually optimise marketing strategies, budget allocation, and resource planning and refresh customer propositions to stay relevant to our audience .
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Competencies & Personal Traits
- Strong understanding of goal-based investing, retirement planning, and consumer financial needs.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in crafting compelling product narratives.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and digital analytics.
Working Experience
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within financial services, fintech, or retirement solutions.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
