Job Requirements

Customer Support Executive (CSE) - Video Analytics

Location: One North

Working Days: 5 days A Week [Mon - Fri)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer and Site Management:

• Act as the primary liaison for customers and sites.
• Conduct maintenance and daily checks on deployments, troubleshoot issues and escalate matters to the CTO.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, finance, accounting, or relevant field.
