Responsibilities:
Personal Assistance:
● Manage calendars and schedule appointments
● Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
● Prepare and submit expense reports
● Handle errands as needed
● Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters
Marketing:
● Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and projects
● Managing content for social media platforms
● Track and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness
● Conduct market research and identify new marketing opportunities
● Maintain and update company website and social media channels
Qualifications:
● Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
● Proven experience in a similar administrative role
● Strong interest and understanding of marketing principles and practices
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Attention to detail and accuracy
