Responsibilities:

• Drive the growth of Retail Enrollment through strategic planning, effective implementation, and meticulous monitoring of advertising and promotion activities for Retail Schools.
• Achieve and exceed Retail budget targets.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of Retail annual Advertising and Promotion (A&P) plans.
• Assist in executing quarterly campaigns from ideation to design and copywriting.
• Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots for campaign content when necessary.
• Develop campaign artworks based on approved sizing for social media and Google.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Marketing Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2 years of work experience in marketing and/or advertising
• Familiarity with various social media and digital channels, including digital marketing tools.
• Proficient in online design tools such as Canva.
• Knowledge of Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in data management, business analytics, or statistics is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative with strong interpersonal and analytical skills, staying abreast of the latest market trends.
