The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the administrative needs of the company and providing secretarial support to the Business CEO.

Secretarial Function

The Marketing Manager is responsible for seamless delivery on marketing and communications campaigns including creation and communication of effective brand strategies.

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee various operational aspects related to branding, sustainability initiatives, and logistics management. Key Responsibilities:

Payment Administration:

Administrative Support:

• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Vendor and Agency Coordination:

• Assist in obtaining quotations from vendors and agencies for branding materials, promotional items, and event management services.
• Collaborate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Conduct research to identify new vendors, agencies, and partners that align with the company's branding and sustainability goals.

Trend Research:

• Stay updated on the latest trends in industry merchandise, exhibitions, branding, and sustainability initiatives worldwide.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's branding and sustainability strategies.

• Diploma or equivalent certification in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, administration, or logistics management, preferably in a corporate environment.

· Work closely with the clients to identify the clients’ needs and expectations

· Engage contractors to deliver good design concepts and design proposals

· Responsible for planning and project execution – monitor and inspect the progress of the project to ensure that it is being implemented based on good quality, finishings and standards, and that project is on schedule and within budget

· Coordinate with different trade contractors on their work schedules and ensure that safety management system is implemented on site at all time

· Attend to and resolve all site issues

· Upon completion of the project, analyse and scrutinize details as well as compile defects checklist and all other necessary documents and certifications for handover to clients so as to bring the project to a closure

· Coordinate with sales/marketing and editorial teams on special design promotional materials

· Oversee web design with website creation and social media platforms to create awareness and direct traffic to the target audience

Engage key clients and potential partners for branding and sponsorship

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Marketing Intern who will be responsible for supporting and managing campaigns within foodpanda’s New Verticals team.
