Job Responsibilities

Operations - Admin

• Manage and supervise all admin supports in the outlets
• Plan and manage work schedules for all outlet admins
• Support front desk operations in the outlets when needed
• Responsible for the smooth running of the office operations such as maintenance, pantry supplies, stationery, office equipment etc.
• Address and resolve customers’ complaints professionally and promptly
• Conduct trainings for admin staff periodically

Operations - Outlet

• Handle outlet and students’ insurance matter
• Manage and follow up all outlets’ matters including lease renewal, new lease, maintenance, renovation etc
• Assist in planning and coordinating company art events
• Handle new or renewal contracts of broadband, mobile for all outlets
• Responsible for stationeries for students in the outlets
• Follow up with mail management in relations to advertisement in the respective mall
• Keep track of billing for broadband and mobile usage

Personal Assistant to Director

• Manage Director’s meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, correspondence etc
• Provide support to Director in relations to claims, billing, payment matters etc
• Coordinating and monitoring the execution of plans and events assigned by Director
• Undertake and follow up on all tasks or projects as assigned by the Director
• Co-ordinate weekly meeting and taking minutes

About the Role
