Immediate assignment for Singaporean to join as System Executive (Contract to Oct 2025)

Min Poly Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Communications to apply , Willing to work 12hrs rotating shift

Work sites: Pasir Panjang & Changi (Offshore claim given when applicable)

Ideal candidate should have working experience with Radar system , Radio system , RF Communication system or/and C3 (Command, Control and Communication System).

Cat2A clearance required in this project.

Package : Basic Salary + Shift Allowance + OT Pay + Offshore Claim + Completion Bonus & Performance Bonus + HP Claim $50 Monthly

Job Description & Requirements

Maintenance and Support Services for Client’s Systems.

These include, but not limited to, the following services:

- To co-ordinate and manage maintenance activities arising during duty.

- To perform Defect Management and reporting for the maintenance equipment.

- To oversee the completion of maintenance & repair work performed by the client-appointed maintenance contractors at the client’s system sites, for both corrective and preventive maintenance.

- To coordinate repair/maintenance activities, resources, equipment and information with client-appointed maintenance contractors, including arranging for preventive and corrective maintenance.

- To perform standby duty at client’s operations centres for immediate response to systems fault, and to conduct system health monitoring and daily checks.

- To perform rotating shift (12 hours),

- To attend to faults raised by ops users and provide technical support to ops users, keeping them updated on the status of the faults raised.

- To monitor and report all the faults, alarms and alerts of the electronics equipment & related systems to client appointed maintenance contractor.

- To support client in managing maintenance-related information.

Working Hours (including meal hours) rotating as per planned roster by PM

- 12-hr Day shift – 0900 – 2130hrs

- 12-hr Night shift –2100 – 0930hrs (next day)

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, prepare management accounts and audit schedules
• Review subsidiary accounts and analyse variance
• Liaise with external auditor on audit matters and audit schedules
• Experience in using internet banking for payment
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• With degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Min 3 years in handling full set of accounts independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold calls to prospects & sales visit to promote international air and ocean services

• Follow up and ensure smooth freight service from pick up to delivery

Key Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Logistic / Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 2 years of sales experience in logistic industry
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking clients
