What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: Across all online channels, including our website, social media platforms, email marketing, and online marketplaces.
• Manage online marketplaces: Optimize listings on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms to drive sales and increase visibility.
• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns and online advertisements: Including web, SEO/SEM, social media, and e-commerce sites to increase traffic and brand awareness.
• Create engaging product listings: Write compelling product descriptions and headlines that highlight key features and benefits, and use relevant keywords to improve search visibility.
• Design visually appealing product listings: Create eye-catching images and videos that showcase products in their best light.
• Analyze data and optimize campaigns: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to optimize our marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
• Implement SEO best practices: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and build high-quality backlinks to improve organic search rankings.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience: At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• A passion for pets: A genuine love for animals and an understanding of the pet industry.
• Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
• Data-driven mindset: Experience using analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Creativity and initiative: The ability to think outside the box and come up with new and innovative ideas.

User Engagement and Conversion

• Maintain strong user relationships, optimise user engagement strategies, and drive increased purchase conversions.

CRM Operations and Optimisation

• Create and execute effective push notifications and email marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• No prior experience required, but relevant internships or 1-3 years of cross-border e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Passion for shopping and e-commerce industry.
• Strong attention to details and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Proactive, positive attitude, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualisation.
• Excellent English copywriting skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts in HQ on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain close coordination and follow-up on incoming and outgoing shipments/deliveries with suppliers, forwarders, and internal/external customers.
• Communicate with forwarders and third-party logistics providers.
• Manage warehouse operations.
• Perform order fulfillment, including order tracking, invoice generation, and billing follow-up.
• Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, report generation, and documentation.
• Create Non-Stock Purchase Orders.
• Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar industry.
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications.

Regional Marketing Data Analyst

Samsung Asia Pte Ltd

This role sits in the Digital Marketing team and would be reporting to the Data Lead of SEAO region. This role is crucial, in developing data solutions and insights using 1st party consumer data pipeline for eights markets across Southeast Asia & Pacific region, building BI solutions and AI/ML models, in order to drive continuous improvement in business KPIs for Samsung smartphone and consumer electronics categories.

Marketing Insights & Reporting (60%)

• Build dashboards and insight report on Samsung’s Big Data Platform
• Connect different data sources to generate actionable business insights for the marketing team
• Collaborate closely with subsidiary marketing managers and product team to support data analysis needs and proactively provide optimization suggestions

Data Science Modeling (40%)

• Build and improve machine learning models in the field of digital marketing, such as customer purchase propensity, customer retention & loyalty
• Maintain end-to-end machine learning pipeline to deployment data science model in the cloud environment
• Fast prototype of new data science projects using latest AI technologies
• Working with digital marketing deployment team to guide on marketing campaigns execution using data science solutions and rigorously measure business impact of data science projects, through A/B testing and other statistical methods.

Skills Required

• Strong programming skills: Advanced SQL, Python, Command Line
• Hands-on experience on large consumer data: demonstrated past work experience dealing with customer data at scale (in millions rows)
• Cloud technology experience: demonstrated working knowledge in any of the mainstream cloud solution: Google Cloud, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure. Google Cloud experience is preferred. Able to debug and trouble shoot cloud issues independently.
• Business Intelligence Platform experience: demonstrated working experience in any of the mainstream BI platforms: Looker, Power BI, Tableau.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including internal tech, marketing and product teams, external advertising/marketing agencies, to ensure timely delivery of data projects.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Roles Description:

The role will be a Digital Marketing Account Manager (AM). The AM will be handling our clients' Digital Marketing campaigns. He or she is also expected to be managing our clients and optimise their campaign to the best practices.

Specific Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the role are to conceptualise, set up, optimise the performance of the digital marketing accounts, and update clients regarding the campaign performance.
