Responsibilities of Customer Service Executive, Air Freight:

• Handle export inquiries and coordinate collection arrangements with shippers.
• Liaise with sales, destination offices, and finance for approvals, rates, and payment matters.
• Work with Vendor Management, air freight planners, and import teams for shipment logistics.
• Manage export permits and coordinate with the warehouse for cargo handling and storage.
• Provide shipping instructions in collaboration with the export operations team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Min 1 year of experience in Air Freight Operations
• Comfortable to work with alternate Saturday

Scope of Work:

• Payroll process including but not limited to receiving data inputs from various parties and through the system
• Verification of data against supporting documents

• Manage payroll process to ensure that resignees are encashed their outstanding leave balance and withholding of salary until verification that Exit Clearance is completed

• You are responsible for overseeing the operation of telecommunications (PABX), Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Business Continuity Management (BCM) as well as other operational support services.
