As a part of the Client Management team, the Account Exec/Senior Account Executive will be the key project contact with clients, internal teams and other agency partners/vendors. You will be supporting our Senior Account Manager / Associate Account Director in various pitches and projects, which could range from discussing project requirements with team members, working out cost & budgets, external vendor liaison, relationship building and management (internal and external), as well as client/project management from end-to-end (pitch-execution-reporting).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support Senior Account Manager / Associate Account Director in pitches and/or ongoing projects.

• Demonstrates effective and clear communication with both Internal Teams and External Parties.
• Work closely within the Account Management Team, and with other Internal Teams - Creative, Marketing, Production team to deliver remarkable and innovative work.
• Effectively manage project’s quality, timeline, budgeting and finance processes from end-to-end.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and keeping calm under pressure / seeking out solutions.

Experience and Attributes

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth running and operations of Ren Ci Learning Academy (RCLA).
• Develop marketing collateral including copywriting and design.
• Ensure financial viability of the Academy and work with course providers for the costing of programmes.
• Conduct research and monitor relevant trends regarding needs to support the faculty heads.
• Work with the faculty heads to develop course offerings that meet potential clients’ needs, concerns and objectives.
• Source for potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging network and support the faculty heads in reaching out to potential institutions, public, volunteers for training.
• Develop and maintain a client relationship system to facilitate client returns towards maximising their experience and growth potential.
• Form network and partnerships with relevant stakeholders to ensure funding.
• Present to management on business trends and performance of the learning academy.
• Ensure timely invoicing and closure of billing cycles for every courses.
• Ensure important course documents and records are properly maintained.
• Must be able to work on weekends, where applicable.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Job Requirements:

• Recognised degree, preferably in Business/Marketing and/or Healthcare-related disciplines.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience in sales and marketing, especially in digital and content marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong decision making, action planning, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Dynamic, self-driven and independent, resourceful, energetic and is able to work well in a team.
• Able to prioritise and efficiently manage time to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
