• Create compelling marketing materials to enhance user experience on the business SaaS platform.
• Optimize member onboarding and collaborate with Product and Performance Marketing teams to increase sign-ups.
• Develop creative assets to educate members on key product features and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Analyze and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights and A/B testing.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and digital platforms.
• Strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is prefered.

• Contact clients or caregivers to clarify services and needs which includes financial assistance etc
• Conduct pre-admission counseling
• Provide reports to the management
• Support the onboarding of new staff
• Support other functions where necessary.
• Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time

• Prior experience in Patient Service Associate / Case Management / Care Coordination is required
