Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Coordination: Conceptualize, plan, and execute events from start to finish, including corporate events, product launches, and conferences
• Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement marketing strategies to drive event participation and engagement through digital and traditional channels
• Content Creation: Develop engaging promotional content such as brochures, social media posts, and event invites
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth collaboration and execution
• Budget Management: Plan and manage event budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources
• Market Research: Identify event trends and analyze audience insights to create innovative and relevant experiences
• Event Logistics: Handle venue bookings, setup, equipment, and other logistical requirements
• Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns and events using key performance metrics
• Customer Engagement: Foster meaningful connections with attendees, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
• Post-Event Follow-Up: Collect feedback, analyze outcomes, and provide recommendations for future events

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Creativity and a passion for marketing and events
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is a plus

Job Scope:

• Manage the implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of MarTech platforms, including CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics software.

• Leverage workflow automation tools such as Zapier, AppScript, and RPA to streamline marketing processes and boost efficiency.
