• Ensure and maintain the showroom and visual display

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Level in any field
• English & Mandarin to communicate with mandarin speaking customer
• Valid driving license is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, conducting HR orientation, and setting up employee files.
• Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing team-building activities, company events, and wellness programs.
• Work with external training providers to arrange training sessions and monitor training effectiveness.
• Track employee development and maintain training records.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of HR reports, such as headcount reports, turnover reports, and recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in full spectrum of HR functions with a focus in recruitment (Payroll experience is not necessary).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to start work immediately / within short notice period
• Proficient in MS office
