Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong ability to leverage customer data and analytics to make data-informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and drive growth through A/B testing and other techniques.

• Understanding of customer journey mapping, with an ability to identify improvement areas and create engaging experiences.

• A growth mindset with enthusiasm for continuous improvement and a proactive approach to identifying impactful marketing initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with the ability to work well in a team environment and build rapport across various organizational levels.

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential sales leads through various research methods, including outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Minimum Technical Institute / Diploma
• At least one year of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduate with strong background in related engineering discipline will also be considered.

Job Purpose:

• Hands-on experience with knowledge of full spectrum of accounts
• Efficiently undertake a range of duties related to the accounting/bookkeeping/treasury function of the business.

Key responsibilities:

1) Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and fixed asset function for several legal entities including invoice posting

2) Ensure all disbursements for vendor invoice and staff claims are processed timely and accurately and comply to policies and regulations

3) Work closely with other functions to proactively manage and resolve payment and receivable issues effectively and efficiently

4) Cash management including funding requirement and managing cashflow

5) Prepare month-end reconciliations and journals

6) Assist Snr Accounts Executive in month end closing

Primary Relationships:
