As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Key Responsibilities

• Month-End Closing
  • Perform month-end closing activities, including the preparation and review of journal entries for the General Ledger (GL) module.
  • Reconcile various accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

The incumbent will ensure the effective implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards across fleet and office operations. He/she should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a QHSE role and a strong understanding of maritime operational and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for ISM / SMS system including:

o Formulation & Review of SMS system.

o Implementation of current or/and revised Policy/Procedure.

o Promote a proactive safety culture across.

· Assist in conduct of internal audits and prepare vessels and offices for external audits by flag authorities and classification societies.

· Responsible for vessel & office evaluation pertaining to SMS implementation.

· Lead or participate in incident investigations to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:
