Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and other related documents.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, shipping agencies, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate document processing.
• Maintain records of all export-related documentation in an organized manner.
• Liaise with brokers/forwarders for necessary permits, ensure use of correct duty rates while custom clearances.
• Stay updated with changes in export regulations and documentation requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation procedures, international trade regulations, and Incoterms.
• Proficient in using Excel and experience in SAP SD modules desired.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing and communication materials of products.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of Premier Pro or other media editing software would be an advantage.
• Good analytical abilities, including interpreting data, identifying patterns, and drawing actionable conclusions.
• Working knowledge in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics for effective campaign management, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta and Google Analytics (GA4). A basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
