Key Responsibilities

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Assist in Project Oversight: Collaborate with the Design & Engagement Manager to obtain fit-out and design themes.Work with the Facilities team to prepare offices for new tenants, ensuring all defects are documented and addressed before move-in to ensure smooth on/offboarding and operations and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations
• Manage Project Schedules: Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines using tools like Monday.com and Airtable, regularly updating based on progress and addressing potential delays proactively.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 12+ years proven experience in Marketing with a minimum of 5 years at a senior level managing a regional marketing team. Technology, events and regional experience is a plus.
• An understanding of content marketing and/or predictive marketing would be a plus
• Good communication and writing skills with an excellent command of the English language
• Able to communicate in Chinese language to coordinate and handle queries from Chinese speaking counterparts in regards with the development of market content matters

ROLLE: MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Role and Responsibilities:

· Support the team in executing strategic and tactical campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.

· Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

· Work closely with external and internal creative teams to support the design and implementation of marketing initiatives/campaigns via online touchpoints.

· Proficient to assist in creative ideation and copywriting where applicable.

· Develop engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

· Organise collaborations and/or social media campaigns where applicable

· Support the timely execution of media plans and postmortems with agencies and disseminate reports to the marketing team. This includes but not limited to SEM, paid advertising such as programmatic ads, YouTube, content publishers, etc.

· Work with social media agency to manage content calendar and community management, ensuring brand consistency.

· Support influencer/KOL engagements to amplify paid, owned, earned initiatives.

· Be comfortable to appear onscreen & participate in live streams/filming of social media content

· Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

· Support marketing administration work.

· Undertake any other responsibilities or tasks as assigned to ensure the success of the business.

Requirements:

· Diploma/degree in marketing, business administration or related field

· Minimum 2 years of advertising and marketing experience preferred

· Experience in managing digital projects or campaigns, with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM is a plus.

· Strong in analytical skills, self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Creative, adaptable, high learning agility

· Excellent problem-solving skills, able to work independently and collaboratively with multiple functions.
