Digital Marketing Manager
Role Overview: Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing initiatives. This versatile position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including online campaign management, managing our social media presence, and driving the creation of compelling content. You will be instrumental in strategizing and executing our digital strategy to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital and Performance Marketing: Manage the company's entire digital presence, including the website and social media platforms. Lead digital campaigns across various channels.
- Lead Tracking and Management: Implement strategies to capture, nurture, and convert leads.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, analyze trends, and optimize marketing efforts.
- Content Creation: Lead content ideation and creation for various digital marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Proven experience in B2B TECH marketing (minimum 1 year), with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in HubSpot beyond email marketing, including campaign management, workflow automation, and lead tracking.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with online campaign tools, such as Google Search and LinkedIn Ads.
- A creative thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
