You will oversee the planning and execution of key association events (conferences, symposiums, workshops and seminars) to maximise member participation and foster community engagement. You will work closely with the programme executive on promotional activities vendor management, venue bookings, and speaker coordination to ensure smooth and successful events.

4. Membership and Stakeholder Engagement

Providing oversight and ensuring compliance, you will work with the Assistant Manager to ensure the membership database is accurate and ensure membership records, renewals, and member benefits are executed in a timely manner. You will also develop and implement strategies to engage members, increase participation in Association activities, and address member concerns.

5. Corporate Communications and Digital Strategy

You will lead corporate communications, including newsletters, reports, and social media, to promote transparency, member engagement, and visibility. You will develop digital strategies to enhance branding and reputation across platforms, ensuring alignment with the Association’s mission internally and externally.

6. Human Resources

You will manage a staff team, overseeing recruitment, staff development and performance

management. You will ensure the Secretariat Office functions effectively, with clear roles and responsibilities, and a focus on professional development and retention.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Managerial experience, including reporting to senior directors.
• Able to manage budgets and report KPIs to senior management.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement within a membership-based organisation (preferably in the non-profit or social service sector).
