• Responsible for driving room revenue using Paid Search Optimisation and running online campaigns via third party vendors including PLUS, ADARA, Google Adwords, Expedia Travelads and Booking Network Sponsored Ads.
• Implementing SEO best practices to improve website ranking and drive organic traffic.
• Monitoring and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, PLUS Platform and prepare reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.

Main Duties:

1. Manage / Supervise & Coordinate project's day to day activities including installation and coordination with consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
2. Coordinate and report to Client with site coordination, site progress and site execution matters.
3. Develop and Track the project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems on time to ensure the project progress on time.
4. Determines project schedule by studying project plans and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
5. Coordination with Consultant, Owner representative, operations, contractors to ensure that the construction is as per design specification.
6. Monitor, validate and control additional cost or variation orders and submit them to Project Manager for approval.
7. Coordinate weekly and monthly meetings with all key person like consultants, Owner Representative, Contractors etc.
8. Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions to meet the schedule and budget.
9. Ensures safety documents and issues work permits to contractors in collaboration with Project Engineer and site safety officer.
10. Hold the weekly and monthly project meetings with contractors and other key persons to update the status and activity of the project.
11. Ensures that weekly or monthly project status reports are recorded by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
12. Manage and coordinate vendors and suppliers during commissioning and testing of the equipment and systems with the assistance of commissioning engineer and project engineer.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering education.
• Physically fit to work at a construction site.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 yrs experience working on site installation coordinator and construction management.
• Experience working at process/equipment construction site, plant installation, EPC, or equivalent.
• With experience engineering design and technical document preparation is an advantage.

Skills:

• Ability to read, understand & demonstrate technical design drawings.
• Proficient to read and understand engineering plan drawings like piping and pipe support plan, equipment layout mechanical installation plan,
• Able to understand Architectural and structural drawings plans, Building mechanical and electrical plan, fire fighting system.
• Proficient with Microsoft office application and Microsoft project or equivalent
• Familiar with Singapore and international codes /ReguIations related, construction

• To conduct spot coaching on staff whenever necessary.
• Set targets per product category and take the corrective measures when required.
• Improve the cross sells of your department and the synergies through a positive communication within the Boutique.
• Optimize sell-through by communicating with Boutique Manager and Merchandiser when appropriate.
• Upkeep the products you are in charge into the store by being following visual merchandising recommendations.
• Ensure the upkeep of the selling space and the image of the boutique.
• Represent the brand image within the department.
• Work together with other departments in order to improve global turnover

• Welcome clients like a host, identifying their expectations, encourage them to visit the entire Boutique and invite them to discover the Dior universe.

Customer Relations

• Work on the transmission of passion for the Brand within the department.
• Ensure that client details are retrieved and updated. Make use of the customer database for effective clienteling purposes.
• Participate actively to events in the boutique.
• Be a role model when inviting customers to discover the boutique.
• Manage customer service (ASS, complains, packaging…) in your department.
• Develop a strong clientele base with high potentials
