Job Scope:

• To manage day-to-day operations. Oversee the dorm compound and inventory to be in good condition at all times. i.e General cleanliness, building maintenance, handle resident complains.
• Conduct regular checks on the team to ensure good standards of customer service and quality of work.
• Conduct patrols to maintain order and enforce dormitory rules.
• Communicate with dormitory residents, deal with behavioural or security issues.
• Facility management.
• Proactive in identifying problems and coming up with solutions.
• Arrange for maintenance and repairs with in house maintenance team. Proper follow up and reports.
• Able to deal with security incidents.

• Requirements:
• Proficient in English
• Minimum 2 year experience working in dormitory management or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
• Able to work as a team with a positive attitude.

Job Purpose

Ensure smooth operation of all the Bar Outlets in all aspects, including bar stock, staffing, quality and cleanliness.

Responsible for the profitability of the Bar Operations.

Basic Functions:

1. Ensure that there is sufficient stock in all outlets, schedule staff, oversee operation, conducting monthly stock-take, submission of claims, control expenses and wastage of materials.

Job duties in detail

1. Liaise with the F&B Operations Manager and Outlet Heads on operational aspects.
2. Communicate all matters to bar staff, explain objectives and expectations.
3. Arrange with relevant Department Heads on rectification of defects and other matters.
4. Prepare weekly duty roster, submit claims of staff.
5. Monitor revenue of beverage and tobacco items and compare to budget. Prepare actions to achieve sales target, observe staff performance and correct if necessary.
6. Prepare annual staff performance appraisal; ascertain that rules and regulations are abided by staff.
7. Handles complaints and bring such complaints and other relevant matters to the attention of the F&B Operations Manager.
8. Responsible for the efficient operation of the POS system and ensure that all Members’ Chits are accurately billed.
9. Responsible for the profitability of the Bar Operations.
10. Provide leadership and train staff.
11. Render full support to Banquet and Events; and other F&B Outlets when required.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operational Oversight

• Oversee all operational aspects of the MINT Museum of Toys and retail (MINT Shop) and F&B establishments (Basement and Rooftop).
• Ensure compliance with business continuity plans and operational standards.

2. Event and Program Management

• Execute, facilitate and deliver museum tours and educational programs, ensuring alignment with museum goals
• Work together with the marketing team on event planning and promotional strategies, applying digital tools for targeted outreach.

3. Digital Transformation and Technology Integration

• Lead the integration and optimization of digital technologies to enhance visitor experience and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and assess the performance of our digital technologies, making adjustments to improve functionality and user experience.

4. Visitor Experience Enhancement
