Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development and Implementation:

• Develop, implement, and track comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company services.
• Develop marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Identify market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
• Analyze customer feedback and industry data to continuously improve marketing campaigns.

2. Campaign Management:

• Design, plan, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
• Oversee and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring they are on brand and meet business goals.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns through analytics and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop content for campaigns, including advertisements, social media posts, and email marketing.

3. Digital Marketing:

• Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
• Optimize digital channels for maximum performance, targeting the right audience segments.
• Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to improve customer engagement and retention.

4. Brand Management:

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Maintain and strengthen the brand's image, positioning, and message.
• Work with design teams to create visually appealing and impactful marketing collateral.

5. Budgeting and Reporting:

• Manage and allocate the marketing budget for various campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and market analysis.
• Present marketing results and insights to senior management.

6. Public Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
• Market Research and Consumer Insights:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and consumer trends.
• Analyze data from surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to understand consumer needs.
• Use insights to refine marketing strategies and create targeted campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling booth spaces to exhibitors at indoor/outdoor fairs, roadshows, trade shows, expos, and conventions.
• Ensuring a mix of relevant vendors to attract attendees and improve event success.
• Identify potential clients and lead generation through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and vendors.
• Develop customized proposals and presentations to pitch event-related products or services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in the field related to marketing, business, or public relations.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English to accommodate our clients.
• At least 1 year of experience in event management.

• Assist in the formulation of marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
• Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient communicating both English and Chinese
• Minimally Diploma in marketing or relevant field
• Commit minimally for 4 months
