• To provide support and adequate resources to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements, and participate in improving and maintaining the EHS management system. Ensure good practice of housekeeping on tools, equipment, and materials.
• Setup a spare part inventory system that can forecast usage. Ensure employees are disciplined in housekeeping and maintaining the system.
• Set performance expectations for employees and have regular review to keep track of performance. Clearly define responsibility and develop empowerment in the group. Jointly work with employees to develop their career path.
• Ensure that employees have the required training, knowledge, and competency in performing the tasks.
• Develop performance reporting structures so that the employees can document their project in the Knowledge database for sharing and training for future Engineers / AEs.
