The ideal candidate will be adept at content creation, video editing, influencer collaboration, and handling online inquiries to support our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and return on investment (ROI).

2. Content Creation and Management

• Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and creative content (text, image, video) tailored to each social media platform, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
• Create and edit compelling user conversion content using tools like Canva, CapCut, and other video editing software.
• Develop user-generated content (UGC) in collaboration with influencers and customers to drive authentic brand engagement and trust.

3. Video Editing and Design

• Utilize Canva, CapCut, and other video editing tools to produce engaging UGC videos that align with the brand's voice and conversion goals.
• Work closely with influencers to create and edit content that is optimized for social media platforms.

4. Community and Influencer Management

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to create authentic content and extend brand reach.
• Handle and respond promptly to online enquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms to foster customer relationships and support sales efforts.

5. Campaign Optimization and Analytics

• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices, implementing innovative tactics to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

6. Sales and Conversion Focus

• Drive social media strategies aimed at increasing conversions, traffic, and sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, focusing on managing channels, driving conversions, and handling UGC content
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS, etc.)
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other video editing tools
• Experience in creating engaging content and maintaining an active social media presence to increase engagement (e.g., more stories, interactive posts)
