• Review Single Line Diagrams and Electrical Schematic Drawings.
• Assist in Electrical Equipment Installation Inspections.
• Attend to Site Activities and Meetings involving clients and contractors.
• To undertake tasks / assignments as and when directed by the Commissioning Lead.

Requirements:

• At least 2 – 3 years’ Electrical engineering experience in Construction companies
• Experience in MV / LV Electrical Equipment (Site Installation, Testing and Commmissioning, Maintenance Testing) will be an added advantage
• Experience with data center projects will be an added advantage

Your main role is to coordinates and plan out current / new construction & non-construction projects.

• Follow up with construction of new built landed projects from demolition of old structure to completion of construction of new house.
• Create project plans, schedules, budgets and monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manages all aspects of the project/construction execution; from site preparations to build-out.
• Prepare project progress reports based on contractual terms on time, cost and quality, ensuring accurate and timely communication with internal teams and clients.
• Manage sub contractors involved in all aspects of construction: electrical, plumbing, structural, piling, mechanical. Liaise with PE/architect/drafter.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Project Manager in managing and executing projects to meet contractual obligations and to ensure job orders are executed to the best interest of the company.

- Assist the Project Manager at site work coordination and execution.

- Recommend and implement measures to ensure workplace safety.
