Reporting Function

• Directly report to Sales General Manager

· Coordinate with precast supplier on technical details assistance.

· Checking & submitting shop drawings to QPS/LTA for approval..

· Preparing MSRA for all work activity to be done at site.

· Monitor, planning & supervise setting up of precast storage yard.

· Monitor & supervise erection of gantry cranes at precast yard.

· Preparing the schedule for production based on site's delivery requirement.

· Checking & maintaining quality of PC production.

· Planning and scheduling of site works for PC installation.

· Monitoring storage space for precast deliveries.

· Checking quality of delivered products before installation

· Directed all necessary day to day Site activities.

· Monitoring work progress.

· Administration of all site works.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise design schedule, estimates and drawing updates
• Control of all design & engineering documents
• Review of tolerances and constraints on new products prior to estimation
• Continuous development of cost saving activities
• Allocate and monitor schedules quality and cost for subcontracted design & tooling
• Support the Sales dept on design-related function
• Involve in all tooling designs & pre-sale activities (Prototype & quotation)
• Ensure tooling meet the production requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years hands on experience in precision metal stamping process/multi-slide forming
• Competent in tool design and conversant with CAD and geometric tolerance
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Team-player, self driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadline

Experience with injection molding, double disc grinding, and machining is an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare final reports for Incoming, In-process and outgoing processes.
• Compile and ensure timely submission of Manufacturing Record Book (MRB).
• Verify external provider's documented information (Incoming or secondary processes).

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering. Preferably Mechanical.
• 3 years of working experience in oil and gas industry.

Job description

• Proactively engaging with customers on service sales and technical inquiries to support the sales team in meeting sales growth objectives and nurturing positive client relationships.
• Provides technical support during site installation, troubleshooting and testing & commissioning.
• Deliver in-house (phone/email) and on-site service support, as well as conduct demonstrations for potential customers.
• Provides technical support throughout site installation, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning, including diagnosing issues, providing quotations, and processing purchase orders.
• Source and fabricate troubleshooting tools, as well as manage the ordering process to ensure spare parts availability and reordering when necessary.
• Prepare documentation for repair cases as required and assist with payment issues related to repair orders.
• Enhance service revenue and expedite repair process turnaround time (TAT), while also managing warranty claims for both local and overseas customers.
• Keep the repair/workshop area tidy and orderly, ensuring that demo equipment remains in operational condition.

Requirements :

• Minimum a Higher NITEC qualifications.
• Preferably with at least 3 years of commercial experience in the Electrical/ Electronic industry. Fresh graduates are welcome too.
• Good understanding of Standard Electrical Schematic Diagrams, and able to perform System, Hardware Testing & Troubleshooting.
• Knowledge and practical use of standard vacuum technology practices is an advantage.
