Job Descriptions:

• Audits the supervision of construction of shafts and bored tunnel structures by TBM in compliance with the requirements of the Building and Construction Authority and to the requirements of the Contracts.
• Ensures that records of all works including but not limited to tests, inspections, and minutes of site meetings are filed in the Project Information Management System.
• Resolves construction related issues raised by Client/Contractors.
• Provides inputs on contractual aspects of the tunnel contracts.
• Monitors and reports on daily, weekly and monthly work progress and safety records.
• Conducts site audits on quality of works in accordance with approved drawings and contract specifications.
• Reviews all drawings, specifications and endorse on daily, weekly and monthly site reports submitted by Contractors.
• Maintains a high profile in HSES by active participation in HSES audits, inspections and reviews.
• Promotes a near miss reporting culture and ensure lessons learnt from these near misses are shared across the program.

Qualifications:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
• At least 5 years of related work experience of which 3 years in design and construction of deep tunnel related projects;
• Good knowledge of Civil, Structural and Geotechnical Engineering, particularly deep excavation and tunnelling works;
• Experience in Slurry Shield TBM will be an advantage;
• Strong letter and report writing ability

The service engineer will be reporting to the Project manager and Workshop Manager and will be working for the maintenance, installation, commissioning of the Life-Saving appliances installed on board our customer’s vessels and workshop.
This is a hands-on role requiring the service engineer to work on board vessels and within the company' workshop located in Tuas.
The candidate will join a young and dynamic team.

Duties and responsibilities:

Periodical inspections of Life-Saving Appliances (LSA), such as winches, davits, lifeboats, and release hooks.

• Prepare detailed technical service reports with the computer.
• Maintenance, overhaul and testing of hydraulic parts such as hydraulic cylinders, stored power oil accumulators at company workshop or on board vessels.
• Ensure company workshop is well kept, tools and equipment are clean and easily available to use.
• Create maintain installation data, service information, and repair log in the database.

The successful profile:

• Minimum previous technical experience in repairs, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning work in maritime industry.
• Experience working on LSA equipment (winch, hooks, and davits) is required.
• Ability to solve challenging problems in stressful and time constrained situations.
• Available to travel overseas on board our customer’s vessel.

Responsibilities

The on-site network FM service provide operational support for system operations which includes but not limited to the following systems:

• Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services support including DNS, GPO.

• VMWare vSphere, vCenter & VDI support.

• Server Backup Operational support (perform regular backup and backup verification activities).

• Patch Management support (rollout of server patches).

• Antivirus deployment support (rollout, support, and monitoring).

• Cloud services operational support (AWS, Azure, Microsoft Office 365, etc).

• General Server support including health checks (mostly based on Microsoft Windows 2012 Servers and native services).

• Process changes requests (service requests).

• Assist in updating the SOP.

• Generate regular reports of resources.Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in supporting FM Services for solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• AWS / MCSA certifications will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge in setup and maintenance of MS Exchange / Sharepoint will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Linux/Unix will be an added advantage.

Major Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Manage the automation commissioning and design for a greenfield project.

• Design and implement process automation systems and solutions, to control and optimize pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

• Review the System architecture, hardware/software design specifications, sub-systems interfacing points, detailed point schedules, control panel drawing etc.

• Review and validate technical choices compliance with the design (based on Technical Design Process).

• Ensure documentation relating to the project is properly and promptly dealt with in the correct contractual manner.

• Work with Vendors to support the Digitalization and IIOT to ensure the data storage and integrity is managed properly as per Standards.

• Work with suppliers to implement the latest off the shelf technology to ensure the product life cycle is managed as per industry standards.

• Manage the FAT of the instrument panels, controller panels on the vendor locations and ensure the system is qualified and maintained throughout the life cycle.

Required Experience & Qualification

• Principles of automation, automatic control systems and automatic manufacturing technologies.

• Must have worked on Bio process equipment such as Bioreactor, Chrome, VI, Filtration skids etc.

• Must have worked on DeltaV implementation (preferably greenfield).

• Should possess min of 15yrs of proven bio process experience and implementation in DeltaV.

• Communication protocols such as Profinet/Ethernet IP are must. Bus communication such as Profibus PA is added advantage.

• Proven SAT experience commissioning the production equipments.
