In the Cluster Supply Organisation, business specialists, business experts, engineer specialists, engineers and product owners work together as a team. The engineer has a technical focus and acts in the capacity of a cell member. Depending on suitability, qualifications and requirements, he/she may also assume the role of scrum master.

The engineer is deployed where his/her knowledge and experience are needed, and therefore demonstrates flexibility with regard to assignments to various cells and chapters, even across cluster boundaries.
